Situated in an old building in the heart of a small village, this atypical guest house of around 90 m2 can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
Adjoining our main residence, this guest house has its own entrance and parking space.
You will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area opening onto a roof terrace, a large living room with a sofa bed; 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds; a shower room and 2 WCs.
Access to the park is open from May. There is a large swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue.
This guest house is open all year round for a relaxing break in any season!
Marssac sur Tarn is 7 kms away, where you'll find all the amenities you need - grocery shops, bakery, chemist, bar, wine cellar, train station, post office, etc. - as well as access to the A68 motorway. You're just 15 minutes from Albi, Gaillac and Graulhet, and 1 hour from Toulouse.
