The Sugar and Chocolate Arts Museum invites you to discover an artistic and gourmet exhibition highlighting unique creations.

Mr. Yves Thuriès, twice elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the Pastry-Catering and Confectioner-Glacier categories, is a man of knowledge and sharing. This is why in 1989, he decided to open the Museum of Sugar and Chocolate Arts in the same place as his laboratory, located in the Maison Prunet, an authentic medieval building.

You will discover sugar and chocolate sculptures of remarkable finesse, each work will transport you to different worlds.
At the end of the visit, a gourmet tasting of our specialties will be offered to you.

The manufacturing workshop allows you to make artisanal biscuits, notably the famous Cordes crunchies.
For the most curious, workshops are available to introduce you to basic techniques and make your own chocolate creations.
The museum shop offers a variety of chocolate and biscuit treats. Let yourself be seduced by these delights!
