Breathe in the scent of the undergrowth from Cahuzac-sur-Vère

Circuit No. 12, classified as blue, starting from Cahuzac-sur-Vère offers a 13 km wooded route, ideal for your first mountain bike rides. Stop at the Cayla museum and let yourself be seduced by the bucolic authenticity of this writer's house, a true source of inspiration. Accept the invitation to stroll which continues to the magnificent chapel of Andillac, where a pleasant descent to Vieux will satisfy your aesthete soul and your calves.
With its Tuscan air and its stone houses, this medieval village is exotic and charming. Finally, return to the starting point by following the La Vère stream for 1,5 km.

Gaining height in Rabastens
By taking the black-classified circuit No. 1 starting from the Auzerals lake, experienced mountain bikers will reach the plain and follow the Tarn river to the Château de St Géry. Once you arrive at this charming residence, admire the château's Orangery, typical with its red bricks, its flowery and wooded park creating a romantic and bucolic atmosphere.

As you climb up to the heights of Rabastinois, there are also some pretty chapels to discover. The church of Raust and its magnificent wash house offer an ideal setting for a picnic before covering the last twenty hilly km, through vineyards and crops.
For experienced athletes
A warm-up from Lake Nabeillou

Classified as red, circuit No. 14 starting from Lake Nabeillou in Graulhet crosses a magnificent green setting where a leisure area arouses the curiosity of fans of bi-cross, bike-cross, fishing and even skateboarding. On the 26 kilometers of the route, a 3 km tarmac section is specially designed for mountain bikers who also let off steam on the few hilly sections between woods and vineyards. The return of the ride via Lake Miquelou, known to runners, walkers and budding mountain bikers, is pleasant for its shaded side.
