Although they are known for their cute faces, donkeys also have a reputation for being somewhat stubborn! You will sometimes have to be convincing to continue your walk, but don't worry, no one has ever found themselves lost in the middle of the causse or the forest.

Far from the rudimentary carriages of centuries past, today it's possible to stroll through the countryside in complete tranquility.
