Made from traditional grape varieties (Braucol, Duras, Len de l'El, etc.) or more recent ones (Sauvignons, Syrah, etc.), their wines, red, rosé, white, still or sparkling, are produced using sustainable viticulture, are vinified, aged and bottled according to the charter of independent winegrowers.
