As organic winegrowers since 2001, we work in conscious partnership with nature. In particular, we produce vintages without sulfites or other additives in the wines.
Come and recharge your batteries 2 minutes from the Château du Cayla (home of romantic writers – bucolic setting) and 15 km from Cordes sur Ciel (quoted
medieval) in our domain under the Nature and Progress label.
You will learn more about biodiversity, the balance of our ecosystem, positive water management and the flower elixirs used in
vines or in the garden. Our innovative approach contributes to the health of our crops, to the taste, energy and nutritional qualities of our
products, and brings us joy and comfort.
You can come and visit the estate from July to August, by appointment at 11 a.m. and/or 17 p.m.
