Domaine des Cahus is located in Cahuzac sur Vère in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, about ten kilometers from Gaillac towards Cordes. It is on the right bank of the Tarn, on clay-limestone hillsides with an east/southeast exposure. This family farm of 15 hectares of vines has been in Organic Agriculture since 2022. The grapes are harvested when ripe and traditional vinifications
