Just 40 km from Toulouse, our vineyards benefit from a climate that blends oceanic mildness with Mediterranean warmth. Across 100 hectares, the diversity of the soils—gravel, clay-gravel, and limestone—and the distinctive character of our grape varieties give rise to wines with a strong character.

Nicole and Cédric Carcenac continue this beautiful family story by combining tradition and modernity. Come discover their world during a friendly tour and immerse yourself in the heart of our estate, to understand the work of the vineyard and the winery. Each bottle is a testament to our commitment and expertise.

Tours and tastings all year round
Tours every Monday in July and August at 10 a.m.
Visits possible all year round, by reservation only.
Duration of the visit: approximately 2 hours.
Store open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 19 p.m.

Throughout the year, we organize:
Concert aperitifs: live concerts and discovery of the estate’s wines – July 23 and August 6, 2025.
Farm aperitifs: visits and discussions around our wines and local products, every Tuesday from July 15 to August 19, 2025.
Oyster aperitifs for the end-of-year celebrations.
Themed evenings based around food and wine pairings (Wines & Chocolates, Wines & Cheeses – 2 evenings per year).
Wine tasting courses to learn more about our wines.

Explanatory visit of the vineyard to the cellar to end with a commented tasting of wine from the estate.
