A large avenue of plane trees, a majestic arrival, Château Lastours already exudes the art of living. An old 16th century residence, remodeled in the 18th century, it is surrounded by gravelly and siliceous soils which bring finesse and character to the wines.
The owner, Louis de Faramond, surrounded by a dynamic and passionate team, offers his visitors a walk that is as historical as it is oenological (Cave, 16th century Dovecote, French Gardens, etc.) as well as a beautiful range of wines from of grape varieties typical of the Gaillac region.
