In the heart of the thousand-year-old Gaillac vineyard, the Château de Salettes is a fully renovated medieval building, surrounded by vines.
The vines are worked by Mr. Bezios who produces our wine.

The Château de Salettes, partly built in the 10th century, is surrounded by its 40 hectares of vines, with an average age of XNUMX years. Facing south-west, on a clay-limestone soil very suitable for growing vines, it benefits from a quite exceptional geo-climatic situation. Salettes, the cradle of the thousand-year-old Gaillac vineyard, continues today to produce quality wines with the help of Jérôme Bezios, winemaker.
The connection to the vine and wine is deeply rooted in its DNA.
Activities are offered regularly during the summer season or on request around wine tasting and/or introduction to oenology.
