Epicureans, music lovers, come and delight in the rhythm of live music for a magical and emblematic tasting of the Gaillac art of living. Rather red wine or white wine? Whatever your favorite, you can accompany it with local and regional dishes from the farm stands present on site!

At the Gardens of the Saint-Michel Abbey
To stay in town and in a heritage and historical setting, head to the Gardens of the Saint-Michel Abbey in Gaillac. Every Friday, winemakers and music groups pair up for a summer atmosphere that will delight your taste buds and ears! From here you can overlook the Tarn and enjoy the freshness rising from the water below. Every week, different winemakers set up their boxes in the gardens. Different grape varieties but always the same Gaillac terroir to share!
ROCK'N'ROLL
Dancing at Mas Pignou
On the heights of Gaillacois, in the shade of a magnificent cypress tree overlooking the vines, the Mas Pignou send the music! At sunset, the glowing view of the surrounding vineyards promises a great evening! Dance lovers, this aperitif-concert is for you! There will be something for all styles, jazz, pop, rock or salsa to work on your wild hip swing. For the more shy, it is also the perfect setting to simply enjoy the musical atmosphere while tasting the house wines, always in moderation.
CESTAYROLS
Organic wines at Château Les Vignals
For many years, the estate has offered regular aperitif concerts in the heart of the vineyards near the spiral village of Cestayrols. In the middle of the vines, near its characteristic white stone building, you can settle in and enjoy! On the program, pretty much everything that music has to offer that is most festive! Salsa, rock, Irish music, swing and flamenco among other delights. The little extra? Children can enjoy wooden games and everyone can immortalize the moment at the "Tchiz in Box" photo booth.
