For several decades, Biocybèle has established itself as one of the largest events dedicated to biological agriculture and peasant agriculture in Occitania. One of the highlights of Biocybèle is its huge market where organic producers, artisans et fair trade actors. Here, we find an impressive diversity of products from organic and local agriculture: seasonal fruits and vegetables, farmhouse cheeses, sourdough breads, natural wines, herbal teas, organic cosmetics, ecological textiles, local crafts...
Each stand is an opportunity to interact with passionate producers, keen to share their know-how and their commitment to agriculture that respects soils and living things. In a warm and authentic atmosphere, the public can taste, ask questions and better understand the issues behind each product.
Conferences, workshops and activities for all
Throughout the event, international conferences and round tables address a variety of themes: organic farming, sustainable food, energy transition, protection of biodiversity, resilience in the face of climate challenges, etc.
