The Gîte de Crabet, a large gîte for 15 people, is the simultaneous rental of the Gîte Braucol (reference G1318) and the Gîte Len de L'el (reference G1319 on Gîtes de France) together, on the edge of the road from Castelnau to Larroque. It has a large, private, and secure swimming pool behind the house.
You can come with your family, friends or colleagues for a weekend, short break or holiday. You'll enjoy plenty of space, the swimming pool and an enclosed front garden. Two fully-equipped kitchens, two living rooms with fireplaces, 9 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 4 separate WCs, 2 garages.
A reinforced Green-up socket for charging electric cars is available (charged at actual rate).
** Gîte Braucol sleeps up to 10 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. First floor: 2 bathrooms (shower, washbasin) and two separate WCs. On the second landing: the 5 bedrooms with a TV lounge.
- Bedroom 1: one 90cm bed and 1 60x120cm cot
- Bedroom 2: 140cm bed
- Bedroom 3: one 140cm bed
- Bedroom 4: two 90cm single beds
- Bedroom 5: a 140cm bed, a 90cm bed and a 70x140cm child's bed.
** Gîte Len de l'el sleeps up to 8 people. It has a living room with sitting area and small dining table, followed by a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC, plus a shower room.
- Bedroom 1: a 90cm bed and a 60x120cm cot
- Bedroom 2: a 140cm bed
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)
- Bedroom 4: a 140cm bed and private shower room
The two gîtes are adjoining. A corridor separates and joins them, providing two separate living areas that can accommodate several people over an area of 360m²! The exteriors are also joined by a gate between the two terraces.
Private, fenced pool with steps located at the rear of the house: 4x10m and 1.49m deep.
On the other side of the road, you can enjoy the following facilities: petanque pitch, football pitch and table tennis table.
Our fully-renovated, stone-built family home is located on the Circuit des Bastides Albigeoises, 40 minutes from the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010, at the centre of the Toulouse-Montauban-Albi triangle and on the Gaillac wine route. You'll be staying at the gateway to the state-owned forests of Grésigne and Sivens, and close to the hanging fortresses of Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Bruniquel and Penne. The bastides of Cordes sur Ciel and Lisle-sur-Tarn are also nearby. Ideal for a family holiday, babies and children are welcome here, as everything has been thought of for them: indoor and outdoor games, cots and highchairs, playpen, deckchairs...
Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in the Tarn on a wine estate in the thousand-year-old Gaillac vineyards.
** Wine tourism: Les Gîtes de Crabet are surrounded by the vineyards of the owners, a family of winegrowers for several generations. You can stroll freely through the vineyards around the gîtes and sample Gaillac wine free of charge in our shop across the road.

- Deposit: 1000€, this deposit will be returned to you after the owners have tidied up the gîte and noted any damage they may have missed during the inventory of fixtures.
