10:00 a.m. • Welcome to the “inVINcible VIGNEron” museum. You will leave our time to discover the traditions of French winegrowers through the most complete collection in Europe (more than 10 objects and tools from the 000th to the 17th century on 20 m²) on wine and vines.
Departure to Cadalen.
12:00 p.m. • Welcome to the Domaine des Vergnades on the left bank of the Tarn near the small village of Cadalen. Séverin and his family cultivate a sense of tradition
and modernity. They will welcome you with all the sympathy and warmth that characterize them and they will take you on a journey through this passion for the winegrower's profession that has driven them for 5 generations. It is in a cellar, set up at the foot of a XNUMXth century dovecote that you will taste their different vintages, raised with all their ingenuity. A passion for wine is often linked to a passion for cooking and bingo again for this family that can count a cook in its tribe. Thus, Séverin's brother will delight you in this very pleasant rural setting.
After lunch, Séverin will accompany you on a guided tour of the estate to tell you about his daily life, his anecdotes and chat with you.
