10:00 a.m. • Welcome to Château Terride, a beautiful estate, atypical for its wine culture, nestled in the middle of the woods in an extraordinary setting. Alix and Romain, the lords of Terride are happy to welcome you to their land, combining authenticity, creativity, innovation and taste bud pleasures. The visit will end with a tasting commented by the winemakers.
Departure towards Puycelsi, on the circuit of the bastides, you will discover this splendid village, classified among the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”, which also dominates the valley of the Vère and the forest of Grésigne.
12:30 p.m. • Lunch at the restaurant l’ancienne auberge in Puycelsi, you will enjoy “family” cuisine in an authentic decor with its period furniture, its superb fireplace and the smile of your hosts.
14:30 p.m. • Guided tour of Puycelsi, created around an old Benedictine monastery of which today only the imposing church dedicated to Saint-Corneille remains. Puycelsi preserves traces of its religious past with the Saint-Roch chapel built in 1703 following a vow against the plague around the village.
16:00 p.m. • Return to the plain and welcome to the Miellerie de Puycelsi. With 1200 hives and over 30 years of experience, you will become familiar with the world of bees through the immense culture and know-how of this family of beekeepers. Tasting and discovery of their beautiful range of products from this production. A good time, rich in anecdotes and discoveries because honey is essential!!! and you will leave converted.
