09:30 • Meet your guide at the Maison des métiers du cuir: a real history book on the industrial heritage of the town of Graulhet, the Maison des Métiers du Cuir offers a fascinating journey through a restored former leatherworks factory, where you will be told all the secrets of the metamorphosis of the skin and the profession of leatherworker and leatherworker. 14:00 p.m. • Departure for the village of Lautrec for a guided tour of this true medieval history book, proud to be classified among the "most beautiful villages in France". It is called the Mill of our hearts and it remains one of the few to still produce flour and has adorned the landscape since 1688. You will continue your stroll along these small steep streets with beautiful facades, a stop at the Saint Rémy collegiate church before being welcomed at the Sabotier workshop for a real journey into the past.
