Cabanon Sauvage

Cabanon sauvage is a restaurant perched in the village of Puycelsi, with mulberry trees as table neighbors, houses
medieval buildings all around, and the Grésigne forest as a backdrop.
In this charming setting, we strive to highlight the vegetables, cheeses, wines and meats of the
terroir in a lovely, inventive and gourmet cuisine.
Our idea is to create a cuisine that is above all inspired by the surrounding products and producers, with one foot in
tradition, and the other foot right next to it.
In the afternoon, between the two services, we offer cold drinks, homemade pastries and artisanal ice creams.
