Aster is a modern restaurant and natural wine bar located at the foot of the medieval village of Cordes-Sur-Ciel.
Our restaurant focuses on showcasing the region’s exceptional produce, through the vision of American chef Joshua Spacek and his international team. After two years of hosting pop-up events in the region, the restaurant opened in 2023. Dishes can be adapted to specific dietary requirements, upon prior request. Vegetarian options are always available.
