In the heart of the Tarn, Nicolas Boyer-Gibaud created his AUBRAC cow farm in 2004. Today, it is made up of 60 cows, 30 heifers and, in season, 60 calves.
The cows have 110 hectares of pasture, the calves are raised under the mother, fed on her milk for the first seven months then fed only on grass and hay thereafter.
