For over forty years, Fromagerie Le Pic has been a family-run, artisanal cheese dairy located on the banks of the Aveyron, where raw goat's milk cheeses are produced and sold.
Le Pic is a company located in the Aveyron gorges where a variety of raw goat's milk cheeses are produced and marketed for dairymen, wholesalers, supermarkets and local markets in France and abroad. Also present at local markets, it can be found on Friday mornings on Place Gambetta in Carmaux and on Sundays on Place de la Halle in Saint-Antonin Noble-Val. A cheese vending machine, located in the parking lot of Fromagerie Le Pic in Penne, allows cheese lovers to pick up goat's milk cheese platters 24 hours a day, 24 days a week.
