Responsible water use is also a priority. We have equipped the villa with pressure and flow regulators to limit water waste.

What makes Villa Magarre even more unique are its photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. This renewable energy supplies a large part of the house’s electricity needs, contributing to energy independence and a reduction in CO2 emissions.
Mowing robots have been installed to avoid noise pollution and the use of petroleum products.
