Independent gîte in a quiet hamlet, completely renovated in 2020, close to the owners' home. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, up to 8 thanks to an additional bed on a sofa bed in the living room. Gîte upstairs, accessed by an external staircase. Meadow below, covered terrace overlooking the meadow and the woods. Living room (sitting area and large table), fully equipped independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower room, wc. Two bedrooms with double bed 140x190cm, the third with two single beds 90x190cm. Central heating with heat pump.
If you wish, possibility of renting sheets 8€/bed, towels 5€/person, end of stay cleaning package 55€. In winter, electricity is billed according to consumption, beyond a package of 8kw/day included. Animals accepted under conditions.
