Large character house with 6 large living rooms 4 bedrooms 1 Kitchen dining room, 1 Living room with large fireplace and equipped with TV, internet box, Wi-Fi. The 860 m2 garden is separated from the house by a quiet street in the village. There is 1) a large courtyard with the equipped kitchen area: electric stove, plancha, refrigerator and all the equipment to live there almost independently for meals around the 2 tables that can accommodate 10 people and its Bar without forgetting the relaxation area for aperitifs or rest and reading. 2) A garden shed to store a few things and even bicycles, a sandbox and a portico with swings for small children, a trampoline for older children and the 8m x 4m swimming pool with deckchairs, deckchairs and parasols.
