Reflet d'Epoque

The village of Briatexte is centrally located for exploring the riches of the Tarn region. Just a few meters from the cottage, in the village, you'll find the nearest amenities: a mini-market, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy, and more. Nearby, Graulhet, nicknamed the leather capital thanks to its historic expertise, is also a great place to explore. For a green stroll, Les Jardins des Martels will immerse you in a floral world with a multitude of influences.

For a refreshing break, you can choose between Rabastens beach for swimming in the Tarn under the ramparts, Nabeillou lake for a spot of fishing in Graulhet or Aquaval in Lautrec with its leisure complex with swimming pools, slides, playground, fishing, etc.

THE COTTAGE:
Located in a quiet residential development, the Reflet d'Epoque cottage is a sweet mix of second-hand and restored objects with modern touches to strike the right balance.
The house is on one level with two steps outside to access the gîte.

The entrance opens onto a corridor which leads to:
– on the left, a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.
-on the right, the living room with TV and dining table
– a separate toilet
– a bathroom with shower
– three bedrooms: two with a 160x200cm bed, and the third bedroom with an 80cm single bed with a drawer to provide a 160cm double bed.

From the kitchen, you have access to the garage where the washing machine is located. You can park your car in the garage or easily park in front of the house.

Outside: A covered terrace for enjoying your morning coffee or a meal outside. The garden surrounds the house and is fenced.
On request: complete baby equipment (high chair, bed, stroller, playpen, etc.).
