Mas du Payssel

Le Mas du Payssel, a renovated former agricultural estate, is a set of three independent dwellings, spread across two large houses around a swimming pool:
– The “Vigneronne”, 6/8 people.
– The “Large family house”, 8/10 people
– The “Loft”, 4/6 people.
The decoration and facilities of the Mas du Payssel will allow you to bring together your family and friends in a relaxing setting.

Located in the countryside, in the middle of our fields, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Tarn.

In total, you benefit from a space of 430 m2! So 130m² for the family house – 130m² for the loft and 170 m² for the winemaker, 3 living rooms, 3 equipped kitchens, 9/10 bedrooms, 4 showers, 5 toilets which will be at your disposal for a Tarn vacation.


The winemaker of Payssell:
This is the first house in the complex.
Large bay windows will allow you to enjoy the perfect exposure of this house, and its brightness from the first hours of the day. From the large kitchen, you can access the cozy living room. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, and an office space in which the bench can be transformed into a bed. Each bedroom, including the bench, has a 160 * 200 bed and very comfortable bedding.

The bathroom is located upstairs, and separate toilets are upstairs and downstairs.

The capacity of this winemaker is 6/8 people. Part of the gardens/terrace is fully fenced. A gas barbecue/plancha will be at your disposal. A ping-pong table, and a socket to recharge your electric car complete the services of this first house.


The large family home of Payssell:

This is the second home.
With a more traditional architecture, the large kitchen open to the dining room will allow you all to get together. 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and two separate toilets are on the ground floor, and all overlook the terrace and the swimming pool.
The stones, beams and wooden floors create a warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation and lazing around on holiday.
All bedding is 160*200, bunk beds have been added in the largest bedroom. The capacity of the large family home is 10 people.

The Payssel loft:
The old attic of the family home has become a loft!
Access is independent from that of the large family home. The layout is modern, but the stones and wood have been preserved. Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom area, and the largest also has bunk beds. The loft can accommodate 6 people. A billiard table is available in this space.

The exteriors are made up of a terrace for each accommodation, and the terrace of the large house was designed to bring you all together, by the swimming pool.
The pool is, at bottom, progressive from 90cm of water to 170cm. In this way, the whole family can enjoy it! It is completely fenced.

A charcoal barbecue, a gas barbecue, a swing, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, badminton equipment... will allow you to enjoy your afternoons and evenings.

The Mas du Payssel is close to Cordes sur Ciel, in the heart of Tarn Tuscany. On foot, by bike, or by car, you can easily discover the Tarn from your vacation home.

To allow you to travel light, the rental includes beds made on your arrival, towels, tea towels, toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, household products, etc.).
