** THE COTTAGE **

Very pretty gîte at the back of the owner's house who lives on site, for 2 or 3 people, set up in a wing of a large farmhouse.
Independent access and not overlooked, pretty view of the meadows and woods; garden, covered terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, plancha.

Magnificent private swimming pool surrounded by stone walls (dimensions 8x5m with flat bottom of 1,40m). Swimming pool open from June to September.
Inside, large volumes, beautiful high ceilings in this 13th century house of character, typical of the Cordais plateau, all in white stone. Guaranteed freshness in summer.

– Ground floor: kitchen with dining room, living room with American pool table, wood stove. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer and cooker with oven.
– Upstairs is the large bedroom (double bed 180x200cm + baby bed) and the bathroom with toilet. Large hall with single bed 90x190cm under the stairs leading to the 2nd floor for an additional person, on request only.
– On the second floor, child’s or guest bedroom at the top of the tower (spiral stone staircase) with single bed 140x190cm.
