Make yourself comfortable on the sofa bed, or let yourself be seduced by the direct access to the terrace and the 10x5m swimming pool, located in an enclosed space, perfect for relaxing in the sun or sharing a friendly moment.

Upstairs, a landing leads you to two magnificent bedrooms, each offering its own character:

Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom of 17,5 m², equipped with a large 160×200 bed, a wardrobe with hanging space, and a wrought iron sofa bed for more flexibility.

Bedroom 2: A 19 m² bedroom, ideal for families, with four modular beds (90×190) that can be transformed into two king-size beds (180×200). A large wardrobe with hanging space completes this space.

To relax, a modern bathroom awaits you, equipped with a walk-in shower and a relaxing bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
