For your holidays, this cottage will delight the whole family. For you, a large garden with a lush green lawn, a spacious and well-equipped cottage, an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and even a lake for fishing! Nearby: the Causses du Quercy, the Pays des Bastides Albigeoises, the Monclar-de-Quercy leisure center (swimming, games, picnic area, etc.), the Gaillac vineyard, etc. You are halfway between Albi and Montauban, between Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne.


The cottage:
Completely independent house (access by a stone path of approximately 200m), this gîte opens on one side onto the vast flowered grounds with garden furniture, barbecue, private covered swimming pool and 6-seater spa, and on the other side onto the covered terrace offering a panoramic view of the countryside and the rooftops of the small village of Montdurausse.

– Ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the dining room, and living room with fireplace (insert) and TV. Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, refrigerator.
Still on the ground floor: bedroom with 140x190cm bed, bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink, separate toilet.

– Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa bed and access to the balcony, two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm double bed, and the other with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined together), and bathroom with shower and toilet.

A garage is located on the same level as the ground floor with a second refrigerator with freezer, clothes horse. In the basement of the house there is a second garage to leave your car safe if necessary, and you will find the washing machine there if necessary.

Exterior: large garden surrounding the house, covered terraces (in front and behind the house) and covered pool area with a veranda for swimming all year round. Rigid spa that can accommodate 6 people.


For a worry-free stay, charges are included, linen and sheets are provided. Electric heating.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is additional, as is the rental of bathroom linen if requested.

From 27/04 to 02/11 every day.
Gîte open every year from the beginning of May to the end of October.
