What is certain is that we will not question its classification as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France! The typical charm of the facades, its main square with its arcades and its pillory bear witness to a history and heritage that is still very present.

Your holiday home is on Rue de la Poste, just a few metres from the central square. And yet, you can enjoy a private swimming pool with its private garden without vis-à-vis!

Castelnau-de-Montmiral is ideally located for visiting the Gaillac vineyards where you will be carried away on summer evenings to the aperitif-concerts. The villages and bastides of the Tarn are numerous. You will have a wide choice between those which are perched, surrounded by ramparts or dominating on a rocky spur. The charming episcopal city of Albi is about thirty kilometers away. The impressive Sainte-Cécile cathedral is really worth the detour.



THE GITE is a village house with independent access from one of the main streets of Castelnau-de-Montmiral. It is difficult to get around by car in the center of the village, but a parking lot is located 50 meters from the gîte.

– Ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the dining room. Large living room with a TV area in a corner where there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people. Access to the outside from the dining room and the living room

– Floor: three bedrooms. The staircase is equipped with a stair lift.

– Bedroom 1: two twin beds 90x200cm with private bathroom and toilet

– Bedroom 2: two twin beds 100x200cm with private bathroom and toilet

– Bedroom 3: two twin beds 90x190cm

– Shower room with WC. The staircase is equipped with a mechanical stair lift.

– Exterior: enclosed garden with private heated swimming pool of 9 x 3 meters with a depth of 1,10 to 1,60m, secured by a roller shutter. Swimming pool open from April to October. Summer area with plancha, fridge and freezer under an old barn.

Some services are included in the accommodation, others may be additional, such as cleaning.
