Le Moulin de la Garenne

A mill for holidays with family or friends, at the water's edge

The owner lives opposite your gîte and will offer you a private concert at the end of your stay, by the swimming pool or in the guinguette that he himself has set up above the river.

The cottage can accommodate up to 13 people with extra beds (convertible sofas).
Access to the living room on the first floor of the house via an external staircase.

– Entrance leading to the living room on the left, a shower and a separate toilet in the entrance and the kitchen on the right.
– Kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, a large freezer. A dishwasher is located in the garage, on the ground floor of the house.
– Living room with dining table (benches), sofas including one convertible, TV.
– Upstairs are the bedrooms, as well as a click-clack sofa bed above the stairs for additional sleeping:
– Two bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed
– Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink

Large covered terrace with dining table, located in front of the owner's house.
At the end of this terrace is a separate bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 120x190cm bed on the mezzanine. A closed toilet is located in the bedroom.

On the ground floor of the house:
– Access to the garage with a room at your disposal where there is a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dishwasher.
– On the other side of the house, independent bedroom accessible from outside on the ground floor: 140x190cm bed and closed toilet with sink.

Swimming pool: large private area with swimming pool, pétanque court and kitchen area overlooking the cottage. Access to this terrace is from the outside, going around the cottage about 150 meters walk from the entrance to the house. This large outdoor space is private to the cottage, the owner cleans the pool in the morning. You will find a covered terrace, a stone barbecue, an indoor kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes.
Pool dimensions: 5x10m, gradual depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters, pool covered by a tarpaulin with bars.

You can easily park in front of the cottage, otherwise, a covered space a few meters away is at your disposal. There is no shortage of green spaces all around the cottage! The Moulin de la Garenne is located on a street where only the cottage and the owner's house are located.


A guinguette has been set up by Gérard, on the river bank. This space is enclosed and provides direct access to the river. Swimming is prohibited, but fishermen will be in the right place!
