Nestled in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, the gîte is ideally located for exploring the region, with many nearby activities including hiking, cycling, wine tasting, and visiting historical sites. Cahuzac-sur-Vere is a peaceful, green village near the Vere River and the Gaillac vineyards.


** THE COTTAGE **
Charming detached house, all stone and exposed beams, can accommodate up to 4 people. The owner lives at the back of the cottage; but you have a terrace at the front of the house allowing you to be independent and enjoy the view of the Tarn countryside.

Ground floor:
– Entrance with working wood stove
– Open kitchen onto the entrance with large fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, food processor, Smeg© coffee maker (ground coffee), citrus press, immersion blender, toaster.
– Living room with dining room and lounge with TV. Large bay window that opens to access the terrace
– Shower room with walk-in shower and sink. Separate toilet in the hallway, laundry room with washing machine

Upstairs are the two bedrooms. The first has a 160x200cm bed and the second, smaller, has two 90x190cm beds that can be pushed together.

Large unfenced garden all around the house with a small wood at the back of the cottage where you can enjoy the shade of the trees and vines a few meters away. You can park in front of the house.
Private above-ground swimming pool at the gîte, 5,5m in diameter.
