In 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car you will reach the train station from where you can have direct access to Albi (20 minutes) or Toulouse (45 minutes).
You also have access to the highway less than 5 minutes away.
The old farm is located on a 2000m² wooded plot shared with the owner.
The house consists of:
– on the ground floor
– a 9m² fitted kitchen
– and a 16m² living room
– upstairs
– a 1st bedroom equipped with a 140×190 bed
– a room equipped on request with 1 bed of 180×190 + 1 bed of 90×190 or 3 beds of 90×190 or 1 bed of 180×190 and a work space
– a bathroom – WC with walk-in shower 80×120
Whether you are a single couple, a couple with 1, 2 or 3 children/teenagers, 2 couples, 2 couples and 1 child... You will be welcome at the Vieille Ferme!
On request, everything you need to welcome a baby will be made available to you (travel cot, changing table, baby bath, etc.).
Workers are also welcome and for those who wish to telework, a space is available with very high-speed WIFI connection.
Wifi and smart TV are included in the rental. As well as parking (2 cars) and the possibility of securely storing bicycles or other items.
