Halfway between Albi and Gaillac, it is a true haven of peace and tranquility, nestled on the banks of the Tarn. You will find on the banks of the Tarn, in a park, 3 very comfortable lodgings: La maison d'Émilie for 6 people, la Maison à Colombages for 4, old mansions completely restored. La Grange d'Émilie which accommodates 2 people, adjoining La maison d'Émilie (possibility of renting them together).
– The cottage
Access to La maison d’Emilie from a dead end which only serves the 3 gîtes with its private parking.
* Ground floor: entrance, family kitchen with dining table, large living room with lounge and TV, separate toilet and storeroom with washing machine.
* Kitchen equipped with a filter coffee maker and Nespresso® coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, cooker with oven and dishwasher.
– Upstairs: three bedrooms, a separate bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink. Separate toilet.
* Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed and child's bed
* Bedroom 2: a 90 cm bed and a second 110 cm single bed. This bedroom can communicate with the first.
* Bedroom 3: 160 cm bed and in a closed alcove with curtains, 160 cm bed. Bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and sink.
Exterior: terrace accessible from the kitchen and large private garden with direct access to the river with a special area for fishing. The private swimming pool at the gîte measures 9x5m with stairs, depth descending from 1,20 to 1,90m, accessible all year round.
Complete baby equipment: changing mat, cot, child's bed, baby bath and baby high chair.
Emilie's house is adjoining the Grange d'Emilie gîte for 2 people. Access to the latter is via the same entrance as Emilie's house, but the exteriors of each gîte are independent and not overlooked. Both gîtes can be rented simultaneously to accommodate 8 people in great comfort.
Fishing lodge: accommodation classified by the National Fishing Federation in France. Carp and catfish spot with bait tank. Small cabin at the water's edge to store your fishing equipment. Fishing permits at your disposal. Possibility of leaving your boat trailer safely (lodge located in a dead end) + possibility of mooring your boat near the fishing spot.

Only one animal allowed (less than 10kg) and with the prior agreement of the owner.
