La Jolie Vue

Cordes-sur-Ciel is a captivating village. A village voted "favorite of the French" in 2014. After a visit, you can discover the Cathar history of the place which will be your guide, by walking the cobbled streets, admire the sculpted facades of the 13th and 14th centuries, meet artists and craftsmen. Not to mention the green countryside, and the small surrounding limestone villages, the Gaillac winegrowers, and various producers.
Sitting in the garden of your apartment, a drink in hand, facing the mound of Cordes-sur-ciel, also called the dragon's spine, take your time. In the cool of the "la jolie vue" gîte, the stars and cicadas will lull you to sleep.
This one is located 800 meters from Cordes, Place de Bouteillerie, where a small tourist train will be waiting for you which will take you to the top of the town, and take you on a short guided tour around the village.

You are on the ground floor:
– private parking space for 2 cars in front of the cottage
The living room:
– living room facing the bay window and open kitchen equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee maker… cookware, tea towels…
– living room area: leather sofa and 2 poufs with TV, base table, and furniture with brochures.
Sleeping area:
– bedroom with double bed 140x190cm (sheets and duvets provided)
– bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm which can be pushed together (sheets and duvets provided),
– bathroom with Italian shower, sink, and heated towel rail (towels provided)
– Independent WC.
Exterior:
A garden lounge, and a second garden table area with parasol at your disposal to relax facing this breathtaking view of Cordes-sur-Ciel. Your privacy is protected by privacy screens and hedges. The garden is accessible.

Access to the gîte "la jolie vue" (access with a signpost) is via the garden on the D600 departmental road, direction St Antonin Noble Val/Vindrac station (TER Toulouse). The 707 bus passes 100 metres away (the Vindrac-Cordes/Albi station line).

Bathroom linen and household linen included in the price (kitchen kit: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee and tea…already on site).
Fiber Wi-Fi is offered.
