The place is relaxing, the countryside so gentle, hilly and wooded, at the gateway to Ségala and the Pays des Bastides. The Viaur valley, the Gorges de l'Aveyron to refresh you, before enjoying the mild summer evenings in the magnificent garden.



** THE COTTAGE **

Composed of old houses typical of a small hamlet of Ségala, they are organized around a large and pleasant garden. The owners have completely rehabilitated the different dwellings, have created communications to pass from one house to another.

**CHATAIGNE for 4 people: access to the 1st floor by an external staircase
– Living room with kitchen open to the dining room and lounge area with a wood stove in the center of the room, TV and air conditioning
– On the same level: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet in the corridor
– Access to the upper floor by a spiral staircase: a wooden walkway overlooks the living room and serves a master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a cot with bars, air conditioning. On the other side of the walkway, open bedroom (closed with curtains) with two single beds 80x190cm.

**PERVENCHE: from “Châtaigne”, you access the “Pervenche” area which is a large room for 3 people
– 140x190cm bed and 90x190cm bed, TV and air conditioning.
– Bathroom with small bathtub, sink and toilet. Changing table.

Below “Pervenche” is a large open and crossing space so that your whole tribe can meet around a large table. Laundry room in this space with washing machine and toilet.

**FOUGERE for 3 people: access to the 1st floor from outside, or from the “Pervenche” area
– Living room with sofa, TV, air conditioning, children's games, dining table and open kitchen
– Shower room with walk-in shower and single sink. Separate toilet
– Bedroom with 90x190cm bed and 140x190cm bed behind a half-wall (the room can be closed with a curtain)

**CAPUCINE for 2 people: small house set back a little from the others
– Bedroom on the ground floor accessible from the outside with bathroom open to the bedroom (shower and sink). Separate toilet
– Upstairs: living room with kitchen open to the dining room and lounge area with TV.
– Private terrace for “Capucine” with iron table and chairs.

**OUTDOOR: very large garden surrounding all the accommodation. Heated swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather with a fully equipped open kitchen near the pool (gas hob, oven, microwave, French press and filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, etc.). 10x5m swimming pool.
Outside, you will also find a pétanque ground, not far from the children's play area with trampoline, swing and slide, sandpit.
There is also an inflatable jacuzzi accessible from May to October. Ping-pong table located not far from the parking lot.


In total, La Gacharié offers you 280m² of living space across 4 different spaces, including 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms (including a bathroom), 5 toilets, 4 kitchens including one outside and numerous indoor and outdoor living spaces.
