La Familiale du Payssel

In the Tarn, 8 km from Cordes sur Ciel, 1 hour from Toulouse airport, the Mas du Payssel has been renovated to combine authenticity and modernity. The decor and amenities of the Mas du Payssel will allow you to bring your family and friends together in a relaxing setting.

The layout was designed to bring together several families: Le Mas du Payssel is a set of 3 independent dwellings, spread across two large houses:
1- La Vigneronne, 6/8 people (Ref. G1805 on Gîtes de France)
2- The Family Room, for 6 to 10 people (Ref. G1806 on Gîtes de France)
3- The Loft, 4/6 people (Ref. G1807 on Gîtes de France)

By renting the whole of Mas du Payssel (Ref. G1808 on Gîtes de France), you can meet up with 22 people, or adapt and rent just one or two accommodations.

Located in the countryside, in the middle of our fields, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Tarn.



THE COTTAGE: THE FAMILY

This is the second house, with a more traditional architecture. The stones, beams, wooden floors create a warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation and lazing around on holiday.

The large kitchen open to the dining room will allow you all to get together. A professional dart game will liven up your aperitifs.

Four bedrooms equipped with 160x200cm bedding and storage. Bunk beds 90x200cm have been added in the largest bedroom, allowing for a capacity of up to 10 people with only one bathroom (120x90cm shower) and two separate toilets which are on the ground floor. The whole overlooks the terrace and the swimming pool.

The Familiale is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, raclette machine, combined filter coffee/espresso machine, ice maker, oven with steam option, induction hob, kettle, combined fridge/freezer, food processor/blender, large screen television, free baby equipment on request (bed/bath/high chair/booster seat/potty/stroller).

Wi-Fi and/or wired internet in one room. Books and board games are available.

This entire house is on one level and overlooks the swimming pool. Unfenced garden. To be shared with the other accommodations: ping-pong table, badminton, swing, and a socket to charge your electric car for free (located in front of La Vigneronne).

The swimming pool is fenced and shared between the 2 accommodations: La Familiale and Le Loft. Swimming pool open from June to mid-September, unheated. Dimensions: 9 x 4 meters, with a gradual bottom.

Further information :

To allow you to travel light, the rental includes beds made on your arrival, towels, tea towels, toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, household products, etc.).
The cleaning service is included in the rental price, subject to compliance with the internal regulations.

Check-in is from 17pm on Saturday and late arrivals are possible. This is to be agreed together.
Departure is at 9am on Saturday.

Outside of July and August, arrival and departure times may be changed. This must be agreed together before booking.

From January, 04 to December, 03, open daily.
