Large cottage of 160m², you will have access to a large garden, with at your disposal: hammock in the shade of the fig tree, a swimming pool to share with covered terrace, large table for meals or breakfasts.

In the cottage, on the ground floor you can enjoy:

– a pleasant living room with fireplace,

– a beautiful dining room with a large, friendly, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, etc.)

– 1 toilet

An adjoining private terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals outside (a plancha will be at your disposal) and a lounge with fireplace and television.

Upstairs :

– A mezzanine with a very comfortable convertible sofa (140×190) as well as two air-conditioned bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90×200 which can be joined if necessary to form a large bed 180×200, bathroom and very cozy covered terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery.

Bedroom 2: 160×200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet, view of the garden.

Sheets and towels are provided, end-of-stay cleaning service included!

Shared swimming pool to be shared with holidaymakers in guest rooms and owners (12x6m, depth 1,2 to 1,7m)
