Independent gîte of 180 m² in the countryside, very close to St Sulpice (2 km) and Rabastens (4 km) where you will find all the shops.
Large wooded garden of 2 m², terrace equipped with a large table, garden furniture, parasol, relaxation area, barbecue, ping-pong, converted hangar with relaxation area.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, etc.), living room, dining room, shower room (walk-in shower), WC.

Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms, small games room, bathroom (shower cubicle, with WC.

Two double bedrooms (160×200 bed), the third is a large modular dormitory with 4 90/190 beds, 2 of which can be joined together.

Bed sheets and towels included.

St Sulpice: visit the medieval underground of Castela, Gothic church.

Rabastens: rich heritage, Notre-Dame-du-Bourg church listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its old quarters with its half-timbered houses, its museum with archaeological collection and an exceptional collection of glazed terracotta from Giroussens, Auzerals lake. Many hikes in the hillsides of Rabastinois accessible to all.
