Gîtes de Crabet – Len de L'el

The vineyard, Castelnau, la Grésigne

The Len de L'el gîte is adjoining the Braucol gîte (reference G1318 on Gîtes de France), on the Castelnau-Larroque road. They can be rented simultaneously, for groups of up to 15 people, with a large secure swimming pool behind the house. To book the whole thing: reference G1458 on Gîtes de France, gîte “Crabet”.

The Len de L'el gîte accommodates 8 people and has 4 bedrooms.
– Entrance into a living room with lounge area with TV and small dining table.
– Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 people: whisk and electric knife, food processor, toaster, stone grill with raclette, multifunction food processor, microwave, steamer, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker with oven.
– From the kitchen, access to the garage where there is a separate toilet and the washing machine.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, one with private shower room, and a bathroom.

* Bedroom 2 with a 140cm double bed and a sofa
* Bedroom 3 with a 140 double bed + a 90 single bed
* Bedroom 4 with a 140cm double bed + private bathroom (shower and single sink)
* Bathroom with bathtub and double sink, separate toilet in the hallway.

Large garage, and reinforced Green-up socket for charging electric cars (billed at actual cost).
Exterior: at the front of the cottage, a private terrace (enclosed land) for the Len de L'el cottage. You have access to the swimming pool to share with the occupants of the other cottage; fenced swimming pool with steps located at the back of the house: 4x10m by 1,49m deep.
Across the road, you can enjoy the following shared facilities: pétanque pitch, football cage and ping-pong table.


Our family home made of local stone, completely renovated, is located on the Circuit des Bastides Albigeoises 40 minutes from the Episcopal City of Albi, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010, in the center of the triangle Toulouse, Montauban, Albi and on the Gaillac wine route. You will stay at the gateway to the Grésigne and Sivens state forests, and at the foot of the hanging fortresses of Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Bruniquel or Penne. The bastides of Cordes-sur-Ciel or Lisle-sur-Tarn are very close. Ideal for a family stay, babies and children are welcome here, everything has been designed for them: indoor and outdoor games, beds and high chairs, park, deckchairs ... Come and spend a pleasant stay in the Tarn on a wine estate in the thousand-year-old vineyard of Gaillac.
** Wine tourism: a family of winegrowers for several generations, the Gîtes de Crabet are surrounded by the owners' vines. You can wander freely in the vineyards around the gîtes and you can taste Gaillac wine for free in our shop located on the other side of the road.

– Security deposit: €1000, this deposit will be returned to you after the owners have put the cottage back in order and noted no damage that they may have noticed during the inventory.
