Breathtaking views of the Tarn countryside guaranteed when staying at the Gîte les Hauts de Grazac, with a sumptuous sunset every evening, visible from the terrace and even from the kitchen!

A large house, ideal for welcoming the whole family, or spending time with friends. A private swimming pool overlooking the countryside, a covered terrace, vast spaces to share precious moments in this house renovated with so much love.

In just 15 minutes, you can reach the A68 motorway, making it easy to visit the surrounding area. You are less than an hour and equal distance from Toulouse, Albi or Montauban. Ideal place to discover the Bastides Albigeoises and the Gaillac vineyard with aperitif-concerts in summer. Very close, Rabastens offers local shops and a beach where you can swim in the river under the city ramparts.


** THE COTTAGE **

Independent house, fully air-conditioned (living rooms and bedrooms). The cottage is located at the end of a dirt road: you have the feeling of being on top of the world when you find yourself facing this breathtaking view. From the swimming pool, you enjoy the moment, everything is going well, the holidays begin!
On the ground floor (a few steps between each room):
– Living room with dining table and kitchen opening onto a covered terrace, and at the back of the house another terrace where the sun sets every evening. Kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, American fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, Tassimo© pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle…
– Living room with sofas, armchairs, TV and a game table
– Still on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed
– A bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet


Upstairs: the three other bedrooms with 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets
– A bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
– A bedroom with 1 double bed
– A dormitory with 5 single beds (which can be pushed together) and 1 double bed
All double beds are 160x200cm and single beds are 90x190cm.

The exterior: approximately 800m² of enclosed garden which then extends over the valley. Parking next to the gîte.
From the living room, you can enjoy a covered terrace facing the valley, with this unobstructed view. A gas barbecue as well as a small laundry room which houses the washing machine. The private swimming pool measures 10x4m by 1,40 deep (flat bottom) with a large wading step, ideal for the little ones. The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October.
The owners live 300 meters upstream from the cottage. They offer two additional guest rooms for 6 people if needed. Nelly, Serge and Romain are very available and welcoming. They will answer all your questions and offer you a great welcome!

For your comfort, everything is included: sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay included.
