Castel Mazars – le gîte 4 personnes

Once an impregnable fortress, this village is now a haven of peace with a charming central square that's closed to cars. ** THE COTTAGE **
Gîte adjoining the owners' house, located in an annex with independent access. Castel Mazars is a guesthouse offering a gîte for 4 or 6 people. Reference G1899 on Gîtes de France for the 6-person version.
– Kitchen accessible from the outside with bay window. Equipment: small dishwasher, mini-combination oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, 2 electric hotplates and microwave.
– Living room with comfortable sofa bed, dining table and TV. From the living room, bathroom with washing machine, shower, sink and separate toilet. Between the living room and the kitchen: 3 steps.
The bedrooms are upstairs, air-conditioned, each with a private bathroom and toilet.
– Aster room with two 90cm beds (or 180cm bed), beautiful exposed beams
– Pastel Room with two 90cm beds (or 180cm bed).
In the 4-person version, the Capucine room adjoining the Pastel room (double door between the two) can be rented independently as a guest room with its own access via an external staircase.


Outside: BBQ area, plancha grill, and table in front of the cottage. Around the house, 2 hectares of garden/land shared with the owners and their horses. Pétanque court next to the parking lot, at the entrance to the property.
