In the Tarn region, 8 km from Cordes sur Ciel and 1 hour from Toulouse airport, Mas du Payssel has been renovated to combine authenticity and modernity. The Mas du Payssel's decor and facilities are designed to bring your family and friends together in a relaxing setting.
The layout has been designed to bring several families together: Le Mas du Payssel comprises 3 independent flats, divided into two large houses:
1- La Vigneronne, 6/8 people (Ref. G1805 on Gîtes de France)
2- La Familiale, 6 to 10 people (Ref. G1806 on Gîtes de France)
3- Le Loft, 4/6 people (Ref. G1807 on Gîtes de France)
By renting the whole of the Mas du Payssel (Ref. G1808 on Gîtes de France), you can get 22 people together, or adapt and rent just one or two units.
Situated in the heart of the countryside, in the middle of our fields, you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the Tarn.
The guest house: La Vigneronne
This is the first house in the complex, completely independent of the others. Large bay windows let you take advantage of the perfect exposure of this house, and its luminosity from the first hours of the day. From the large kitchen, you can enter the cosy lounge where books and board games are available.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms and an office area where the sofa can be converted into a bed for up to 8 people if required. Each bedroom, including the sofa, has a 160x200cm bed and comfortable bedding.
The large shower room is upstairs, with double washbasin and 160x90cm shower. There are separate toilets upstairs and downstairs.
La vigneronne is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, raclette machine, filter/expresso coffee maker, oven with steam option, induction hob, kettle, fridge/freezer combination, food processor/mixer, large-screen TV, free baby equipment on request (cot/bathtub/high chair/baby booster/potty/cane pram).
This two-storey house opens onto terraces and gardens, part of which is enclosed. A barbecue/gas hob is available exclusively for your use. To be shared with the other accommodation, La Vigneronne du Payssel also has a table tennis table, badminton, a swing and a free plug for recharging your electric car. Covered parking for 2 cars in front of La Vigneronne.
The swimming pool is shared with the 2 other accommodations (La Familiale and Le Loft). Possibility of access to the swimming pool if the other accommodation is available at the time of your rental (to be arranged with the owner).
Additional information:
To enable you to travel light, the rental includes beds made on arrival, towels, tea towels, toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, household products...).
The cleaning service is included in the rental price, subject to compliance with the house rules.
Arrivals are from 5pm on Saturdays and late arrivals are possible. This is to be agreed together.
Departure is at 9am on Saturdays.
Outside the months of July and August, arrival and departure times may be subject to change. This must be agreed before booking.
