Plage de Rabastens
A refreshing break on the banks of the Tarn under the ramparts of Rabastens. Supervised swimming from 14:30 p.m. to 19 p.m. in July and August.

No parking (and road closed) near the beach.
Park in the village and walk down to the beach via the stairs at the end of Rue du Fossé Moulinal or via Promenade de Constance (preferable with a wheelchair or stroller).
Beware of water releases from dams
– Respect the signs indicating the presence of a risk
– Do not leave children unattended
– Be vigilant for any changes in water levels or flow rates
– Avoid risky behaviors such as jumping into rivers
– Avoid areas that do not allow rapid recovery in the event of rising water levels.
– Be vigilant while fishing for any changes in water levels or flow rates
Alert the local APPMA (for fishermen) if you notice a risky situation
