Centre pour la photographie

Located in an old winegrower's house near the Philadelphe Thomas Museum, the Centre for Photography at Château de l'Hom has a beautiful vaulted room intended for exhibitions and meetings concerning photography (screenings, conferences, etc.). It is possible to rent the room, in particular for flash exhibitions during which amateur and professional photographers can exhibit their production.

The Center offers photographers a digital workshop with professional printers, one in color and the other black & white in Piezography®. The silver laboratory is equipped for so-called “old” processes, such as “cyanotypes”, platinum-palladium prints, gum bichromate, etc.
Accessible upon registration, various formats of courses, workshops, internships and master classes, adapted to the different levels of expertise of photographers, are scheduled throughout the year.
Dominique Laugé, director of the Center, proposes to experiment at the crossroads of digital and traditional methods.
