Our wish is to share our passion for cooking, while promoting the work of local farm producers, based on our grandmothers' recipes. We mainly work with two emblematic products of the South-West: fattened duck and black Gascon pig.
Through our activity, we defend a peasant agriculture on a human scale, in line with traditional farming practices - free-range and natural food - offering products of great gustatory quality. We work with two farms in the Tarn region (one for ducks, the other for black Gascon pigs), and all the meat in our products comes from them.
All our culinary know-how is put at the service of the products, to prepare them in an authentic way by adding from time to time a little modernity and originality. We make all our products exclusively with four hands, from cutting to packing.
We work in a collective food processing workshop with a health approval. It brings together other local producers and craftsmen.
Our recipes are made exclusively from natural ingredients, without colouring agents, preservatives or texturing agents.
