Les Escargots de la Sauzière Saint Jean

I rear "gros gris" snails in the Tarn, between Montauban and Gaillac. I process and cook them on site, in my laboratory on the farm.

I offer Burgundian-style snail shells as well as Burgundy-style, mushroom and Catalan-style croquilles (edible shells) during the summer.
I also have a wide range of jars available all year round.
From June to September, I attend gourmet markets, where you can sample all my products, as well as snail burgers.
