Local producer shop. Direct sales of duck products.

I produce fattened duck 4 km from Cordes sur Ciel using traditional force-feeding methods (duck on straw, fed on maize).
In the shop in Cordes, I offer my products in preserved form (foie gras, confits, pâtés, cassoulets, etc.) as well as dry and semi-cooked foie gras.
Groups welcome (20 to 30 people)
