Located in Lisle-sur-Tarn, less than 30 km from Albi (Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, Toulouse-Lautrec Museum), Doux Brazil is ideally placed to discover the Tarn and its riches, including the Bastides and hilltop villages that make the charm of Occitan Tuscany. 6 km from the A68 Toulouse-Albi, you are 30 minutes from Toulouse the Pink City, 1h30 from the City of Carcassonne or less than 2 hours from the Mediterranean.
** THE GUEST HOUSE **
The owners occupy the left part of the house, the other part is exclusively dedicated to guests, independent access.
Exclusively available to guests:
– Large living room with lounge, video projector screen, large dining room and open kitchen to which you have free access. It is in this space that breakfasts are taken, included in the price of the room.
– A bedroom is located on the ground floor with access from outside the house.
– Upstairs, the 4 large bedrooms served by a large corridor:
*Aysu Room of 55m²: private balcony with iron garden table. 200x200cm bed
*Oriba room of 35m² with 200x200cm bed
*Angatu room of 32m² overlooking the swimming pool with 180x200cm bed
*Arandu room of 35m² with a 200x200cm bed
The rooms are all air-conditioned and equipped with private bathrooms with double sinks, walk-in shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, toiletries, separate toilet, desk, TV and courtesy tray (kettle and coffee pod machine).
The upper floor of the house is accessible either from the living room/lounge inside the house; or from the pool side with an external staircase.
The exteriors: behind the house is the well-kept and charmingly decorated garden. A covered terrace with outdoor kitchen to enjoy between guests to enjoy a barbecue meal. Separated by a hedge is the owners' garden with the swimming pool to share. You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool equipped with a jacuzzi area (attached to the swimming pool).
Covered and private parking for guests.
