Between Albi and Gaillac, an old Gaillac house with its dovecote on the banks of the Tarn, we invite you to discover three guest rooms "Pigeonnier", "Vigneronne" and "Gaillacoise", to relax by the water, enjoy the swimming pool, the pétanque court and the garden.
We offer table d'hôte cuisine made around local products while respecting seasonality.
Activities are offered along the way, including visits to vineyards, hilltop villages, a golf course, and the Aiguelèze leisure center.

Guylène and Charles, originally from Aveyron, have worked for over 30 years in our Parisian restaurant, in the heart of Paris, showcasing Aveyron products and our sense of hospitality. And it is with pleasure that we continue to welcome and cook for our guests. Sharing and generosity being at the heart of our way of life, it is only natural that we created our three guest rooms.

Table d'hôtes: We offer our guests a dinner, whether in a friendly or intimate setting, depending on their preferences. Our cuisine is based on local produce while respecting seasonality. Reservations are required at least one day in advance.
