This small campsite is located in the heart of a wooded landscape interspersed with pastures. It is ideal for campers seeking space, contact with nature, and the opportunity to discover the profession of cheesemaking.
In the heart of the Bastide country, between the Grésigne forest and the Aveyron gorges, Thierry and Hélène Maffre welcome you to a vast campsite designed to accommodate tents and caravans (maximum 10 pitches). You'll find large spaces for games and relaxation, complete bathrooms with hot water, and refrigerators available.
Within a 20 km radius, many leisure activities are available: swimming and canoeing in the Aveyron gorges, hiking, leisure center, etc.
There are also many medieval sites to discover: Cordes-sur-Ciel, Penne, Bruniquel, Puycelsi, Castelnau-de-Montmiral… As well as the village of Vaour and its now famous comedy festival.
Finally, Thierry and Hélène offer a wide range of raw milk cheeses produced on the farm. Nearby, and at the surrounding markets, you'll find many local products, including Gaillac wine, as well as vegetables, honey, organic bread... everything you need!
